Improvements

  • User Permission Report (API) - A new Report API endpoint was implemented to allow listing all Switchboard users along with their permissions. The API supports both JSON and CSV output formats. [SB-3827]

Bugs

  • Fix Registration Expiration Redirect
After a registration time expiration, the system entered a redirect loop to the setup wizard, effectively blocking user access to remediate the issue. The issue has been fixed and the user is correctly redirected to the device registration page. [ENTERPRISE-3058]

  • Fix Provisioning Auto-Registrations Keys
When provisioning a gateway, the auto-registration keys were not restored correctly. [ENTERPRISE-3055]

  • EMC (Endian Management Center) Firewall & Routing
On EOS 6 systems, the EMC Recognizer failed to restart firewall and routing rules after pushing configurations from a golden gateway. After the fix, firewall rules, system access rules are all correctly pushed and applied to receiver units in all scenarios. [EMC-346]

  • Fix Deleted Gateways Still Showing
After deleting a gateway, it continued to appear on the Switchboard dashboard. [SB-3787]

  • Statistics API Canonicalization Issue
The getStatistics API endpoint was throwing a "Can't canonicalize query" error, preventing it from returning data. The fix resolved the query canonicalization issue. [SB-3800]

  • UI Slowness Due to ACAP Rules
Applying ACAP (Access Control and Policy) rules was causing performance degradation that blocked the UI — gateway modifications were extremely slow or timed out. [SB-3802]

  • OpenVPN Session Synchronization
OpenVPN client sessions were not being correctly synchronized to the authentication daemon, causing the Switchboard dashboard to show incorrect online/offline gateway statuses. [SB-3793]

  • OAuth Provider Name Sanitization
Provider names for OAuth (and other auth providers) could be created with spaces in their names, causing downstream sanitization issues. This fix add a field validation that rejects names with spaces. Existing provider with spaces in their names can still be deleted. [CORE-5819]

  • ACAP Rules Inconsistencies
After ACAP policies are applied, there were UI-level inconsistencies in how the state was reflected in the interface.

  • Re-onboarding a User Inconsistency *
Re-onboarding a user who had already been onboarded was incorrectly overwriting certain database fields. [SB-3790]

* NOTE: users who had already triggered the bug before the patch was applied are not retroactively fixed — they need manual correction.
